Have worked or have been working on

Would someone help me please?
I'm in need to write a cover letter in English

I'm confused which one is correct:
- I've worked on 50 projects over the last 2 years or
- I've been working on 50 projects over the last 2 years?

In my opinion, the second opinion is the correct one but I'm not sure because I'm no longer work on any of those projects.

And is it:
- (...) on 50 projects over the last 2 years, 50% are web development projects or
- (...) on 50 projects over the last 2 years, 50% were web development projects?

Thank you so much Emotion: smile
