The person is suffering from fever from yesterday. He is telling this to another person. Which sentence would be correct in this case.

I have fever
I have had fever

If he still has a fever now, he would say:

I have a fever. I've had it since yesterday.

Yes the person is still having fever, could it be right in one sentence/statement as follow

1. I have fever since yesterday (is this correct?)
2. I have had fever since yesterday (this would definitely be correct)

Yes, but natives make the noun countable: 'a fever'.
