Have vs. Has

I am writing the following sentence for a recognition letter for work:

Not only have you resolved issues quickly, but your professionalism, willingness to help, and interest in the customer’s overall satisfaction have contributed to their positive experience with Lexmark.



Should I use have or has? I know that have is usually associated with singular nouns, but the grammar check is stating that it should be has. Can you please clarify?

Which "have" are you are talking about? (Both are correct, by the way.)

The spellcheck is misparsing. It's taking "and interest in etc. - - - (to the end)" as a separtate clause.

You have a compound subject, calling for a plural verb.

X, Y, and Z have done it. (They have done it.)

"Have" is not mainly associated with singular nouns:
I have
You have (sing.)

He has
We have
You have (pl.)

They have
