Have + verb vs Have + something + verb

My question is about the usage of the verb "Have". e.g.
Saying I have recorded the video is as same as I have the video recorded?

What if the sentence is like I have had the video recorded?

How do you differentiate?

My guess about the first two sentences is,

1. I have recorded the video- Present perfect tense.

2. I have the video recorded- Someone recorded the video.
My question here is, can someone be "I"?

I used the second sentence today when I was speaking with my manager. Was I wrong?

Thanks,
Harry

I have recorded the video - present perfect tense (I did the recording) I have (had) the video recorded - causative (I caused the video to be recorded by someone else) Because of the verb included, the someone cannot be 'I'. It would work to say, for example, I have the records filed in my office (the records are filed and they are in my office; the person who filed them could be myself or someone else).

@Philip: I have the records filed in my office by myself is as same as I have the video recorded by myself?

The subject is I or myself?

Then, I think the sentence I spoke was correct.
