Have to or will have to / can or will be able to

Hi, I have a question about the use of "have to" and "can" / " be able" giving information to someone.

For example:

A: "How can I get to Central Hotel?

B: "You ______ take the next train at platform 2 for three stops. Then you _______ go on foot for 2.5 miles because the bus service ends at 11 p.m. or you ______ get a cab.

Which is the correct form in the first two cases using have to? Have to or will have to? And why? And in the third case, the correct form is can or will be able to? Why?

Thank you in advance!
