Have to & I'll have to .... ?

Should I say: "I have to write a letter tomorrow." OR "I'll have to write a letter tomorrow."

Or maybe should I ask: which option is better? And why?

Actually, now that I think again about my question it seems more clear to me.

Please correct me if you think I'm wrong:

Maybe: "I'll have to write a letter tomorrow." implies that the obligation will be tomorrow,

and "I have to write a letter tomorrow." states the need already exists (I "feel" it now).

What do you think?
