Which is grammatically correct? Or are they both fine?

You have to not only do X but also do Y.
You have not only to do X but also to do Y.

Taka Which is grammatically correct? You have not only to do X but also to do Y. Both are used and possibly the second one is more common, but I much prefer the first one.
