i dont want to have to do it all over again.could somebody please explain how have to has been used there and what does it mean???????

That is wrong.

Use

I don't want having to do it all over again. (grammatical but sounds a bit awkward)

or

I wouldn't want having to do it all over again. (this is better)

"have to" indicates obligation or necessity.

Here is a rephrase: I don't want to be required to do it again.

By the way, the original sentence is fine as written.
