Sometimes I am confused with the use of 'have' and 'there are'. are the following sentences all correct? There are four rooms in that bouilding. That building has four rooms. There are two books in the drawer. The drawer has two books.
Are there any cases that we can only say 'there is' but not 'have'?
Thank you.

"That building has four rooms." This "has" can stand alone because rooms are part of a building. Books are not part of a drawer, so that needs "The drawer has two books in it." By the same token, "There is a brass handle on that drawer" can be "That drawer has a brass handle."
There are two goats on the roof. The roof has two goats on it.
