Have sympathy with

Hi

Is the idiom "have sympathy with" common among native speakers?

Have sympathy with = agree with (a person or a point of view)

I have no sympathy with him.

I have no sympathy with that point of view.

Thanks,

Tom

Mr. Have sympathy with = agree with (a person or a point of view) Not common at all. In fact, I don't think I've ever heard it.
