Have sth done vs. get sth done (?)

Is there a differerce between using the verbs "get" and "have", or are they interchangeable? Same question applies to have SB do STH vs. get SB to do STH.

I got my hair cut.

I had my hair cut.

I got Jim to fix my computer.

I had Jim fix my computer.

STH = something

SB = somebody
