Have someone to

Can one say:

1-You should have him to repair the car.
instead of:
2-You should have him repair the car.
Would one say:
3-Would you have her to be your wife?
and does that mean the same as:
4-Would you have him be your husband?

There are examples of "have him to be" in google books. The first one seems to mean: "consider him to be".
