Have someone call me

Hi there.
Could someone please tell me the meaning of "Have someone call me" ?
If there were already an answer to this, please give me the link.

The conversation is like this
A: "Hey, John, is Rose still there?"
B: "No, she's gone out already"
A: "Ok then, have her call me, bye"

I think it is like "tell her to call me back" but I want to know the exact meaning and structure.
Thanks.

Yes, it means "tell her to call me back" or "arrange for her to call me back". "have someone (do something)" means "cause / arrange for / instruct someone (to do something)". Have them deliver it this afternoon, would you?
