Have somebody doing something

b) to persuade or order someone to do something

have somebody doing something
She had me doing all kinds of jobs for her.

I was wondering if have somebody doing something structure is always used to mean to persuade or order someone to do something or in this sentence, She has many guys asking her out or other sentences with have someone doing something structures, just who are or who is, etc is omitted or just we can say asking her out modifies many guys behind like dogs barking all night are... as an adjective?

I am sorry about lame examples and asking a lot and thank you so much as usual in advance!
