Have some rest vs Take some rest

Hi

Would you say all are equally natural?

  1. You must take some rest before the game.
  2. You must get some rest before the game.
  3. You must have some rest before the game.

Thanks,

Tom

Mr. Tom You must take some rest before the game. In my experience in the UK, I've only heard this used by foreigners learning English.

You should get some rest before the game is the only one that sounds right for me (American English).

(We rarely use 'must' that way.)
