Have or having

Hi, could someone tell me which one of these sentences is correct or if they are both correct.

Person A:
What else is there to do?

Person B:
answer 1: Have dinner.
answer 2: Having dinner.

If they are both correct, are they also interchangeable?

Thanks in advance.

This is the only choice you have. do — have. The inflection has to match.

Contrast the match of doing — having:

A: What could we be doing now instead of working?
B: Having dinner.
