Have or having?

Hi all,

As you know that there is a grammar rule about "have" in progressive tenses. For example, "Use the simple present for verbs about possession, such as have, own, and belong."

Is this sentence below correct or not then? I'm confused.

The verb "have" has dynamic as well as static meanings.
Here it means "experiencing;" it does not mean possession of something.

This is wrong:
I am having two pencils.

This is right:
I am having a good time.
