Hello,
I am writing a scientific article and a sentence I wrote sconfused me. The sentence goes:
"One such leisure-activity is games, or video games, to be more specific, the importance and prevalence of which have increased thanks to the advances made in technology and communication services over the last years."
I was wondering if the "have" should be replaced by a "has"?
Thank you in advance for your responses.
The activity is playing games , not games . It was unclear to me if to be more specific was intended as the end of the first sentence or as the beginning of the last sentence. I guessed the former.

What 'which' refers to is unclear to me, so I've reworded a bit.
