Have or has

I've been wondering about this sentence, because I am referring to multiple patients, but also as "The bigger part". And I am uncertain whether to use have or has in the following sentence : "The bigger part of my patients has issues with things like...."

Say eg "The majority of my patients have issues with things like...."
