Please could someone advise me on the correct use of has/have in this example.

In the US, we tend to use the singular for a team, and would say "Our sales team has..."
In the UK, they often use the plural for a team, and would say "Our sales team have..."
Most countries outside the US seem to follow British English more, so you will probably hear "have" in other countries.
