Is there a difference between the two here, and when should I choose which?

I did not recieve your email.
I have not recieved your email.

I think you did not recieve my email.

Hi,
It depends on your purpose.
Grammatically speaking, both of them are correct.
1- I did not receive your email. (I didn't receive it in past . This is finished)
2- I have not received your email. ( I haven't received it yet, but I expect to receive it later on,maybe)
