have + O + prep

"Luffy being Luffy has me in tears!"
?

Hello, I have a question. Could I paraphrase 'has' above into 'make', not affecting the meaning of the sentence? (have + obj + prep = make + obj + prep?)

I think you mean that 'she makes me happy' is ok, but 'she makes me in a good mood' is not ok ? She makes me in a good mood should be paraphrased into She has me in a good mood.
