Have + O + do VS have + O + doing

Hello ^^

A : Mr. Prosser? There's a Ms. Kelly Sarjeant here to see you.

B : Thanks. Please have her _______________ in the lobby until I'm doen with my meeting.

(a) wait (b) waiting

I know (a) is an answer.

but

I learned "Have + O + doing" form is possible.

If I use "waiting" in this sentence. Is it wrong or possible?

I can understand your text facial expressions. Such text facial expressions are common in Taiwan. I just want to remind you that people outside your country might not understand their "emotions."

It's wrong. The pattern is have ... wait ... until. But you could have this:

Please have her waiting in the lobby when I'm done with my meeting.

have ... waiting ... when ... is OK.
