I think that I have learned that sometimes for some reason "have not" cannot be "haven't" but I cannot find the explanation again, so could you tell me when it is not possible or they mean the same and are interchangeable all the time? Thank you so much as usual and have a good day.

"have not" and"haven't" both can be used in the same manner. they are interchangeable and i have not yet come across an instance where i could not use either or.
