have just visited my home?

Hi! everyone!
Could you tell me whether the sentences below imply that the Wilson's are still at my home and have not left?
The Wilson's have just visited my home.
The Wilson's have just called at my home.
If the above sentences do not imply that, which sentences will do so?
They are visiting my home.
Will this work?
Thanks!

The Wilsons are just calling at my home.
Thanks for your time sir.
Do these sentences mean that they are still present at my home or that they are going to visit my home?
And could you tell

Yes, they are still present. 'Just' here is a native way of saying 'now'.
