Have I written underlined parts correctly?

Hi!

Are the underlined parts correct?

In 2012, it was anticipated that the further increase in the export of Estonian goods and services will be more moderate than it was in the previous years. At the same time labor market conditions still improved thus it was anticipated that the domestic demand would grow more rapid. It was anticipated by the Ministry that throughout the year 2013 growth of the economy of Latvia will be in the limits of 4%.
