Have I written the tenses correctly?

Please, take a look at the tenses in the underlined parts! Please forgive me as this sentence is extremely long, but it kind of has to stay like this Emotion: sad My question is: are the tenses okay??

The person has no such violations of legislation due to which the candidate should be excluded from participation in the procurement procedure, and there is no decision taken by the competent authority, a prosecutor’s prescript regarding punishment or the court judgment on violation of the legislation due to which the candidate should be excluded from participation in the procurement procedure, that would have entered into force and become indisputable and http://www.letonika.lv/groups/?q=unappealable&g=2, or in connection with which the limitation period would have failed to lapse, as provided for in regulatory enactments for procurements.

Thanks a lot! I truly appreciate it Emotion: smile

The phrasing "violations of legislation due to which the candidate" needs to be changed to indicate that the candidate hasn't violated the law. I can't tell how many distinct things there aren't. Is this the list?
