Have I properly used ‘and’ in the second sentence? Or should I use ‘or’ instead?

Have I properly used ‘and’ in the second sentence? Or should I use ‘or’ instead? I feel that ‘and’ is the correct conjunction to use because I’ve used ‘different’ in the first sentence.

Physically handicapped children can be victims of harassment in different ways. Other children can hit them, spit at them, or make faces at them; humiliate them, take their properties, or threaten them; and embarrass them on social media.
