Everything starts at home. Science club members are well-trained in their own homes before they face the world. The first process they go through is learning. Their families – their parents and relatives – mold them into trustworthy and responsible persons who can help our country achieve progress.

Our second home is the school. We all know that in school we explore new things that we have not learned at home. Science club members now step into the second process called exploration. In school, they study, learn, and evaluate more things about the world around them. This is where they become curious about the so-called “happenings in their everyday lives” as they work on different activities that require creativity and resourcefulness. Their teachers, classmates, schoolmates, and peers play important roles in shaping their attitudes towards life and work.

Come on. Let us face the world. At home, Science club members learn things. In school, they explore things. But in the community, they investigate things. Due to the alarming socio-cultural and ecological/environmental issues, they ask, “How did these happen?” In this case, they can be prepared for innovation because they are more than just investigators. They also become social scientists, as they develop social consciousness, which is one of the good qualities of innovators. The community leaders, workers, and other community members can influence their views about the world.

Before “the end of the day,” meaning, before the end of our lives, the last process of being forged as agents of innovation is having a “conclusion” with God, that is, having a “final statement” that we commit all our works to Him. It is our sacred duty as His children to make an “inference” about everything He has done to our lives as science club club members. He might be invisible, but His presence and guidance can be felt in every decision and step we make. Our Creator is the source of our knowledge, wisdom, and creativity. Let us not forget to thank Him at all times. Just like Sir Isaac Newton who would bow his head low every time he heard God’s name being mentioned, let us be truly humble no matter how scientifically gifted we are.
