Have I correctly used the clauses ‘how I felt,’ ‘what my fears and anxieties were,’ and ‘all she said’ and the preposition ‘toward’ in the given sentences?

I let my girlfriend know how I felt, what my fears and anxieties were. All she said was that her feelings toward me were unchanged.

I would use for instead of toward . The past perfect may be better here: feelings hadn't changed .

I think so. By the way, I corrected my first response to make the verb negative. I missed the 'un' in your original post.
