Have I correctly constructed these sentences using ‘nothing at all’ and ‘with anger in her eyes’?

When I asked Zita what she had been doing with those boys, she answered nothing at all. With anger in her eyes, she stared at me. Then she walked away.

teechr, would it be acceptable if I capitalize Nothing?

...with those boys, she answered, "Nothing at all."

In fact, it should be capitalized. That's what I meant to type, but I somehow missed it. Thanks for pointing that out.
