Have I chosen the underlined words correctly?

On January 22, 2015 the chairperson repeatedly received an e-mail from the child transferred into a guardianship with information that her passport and identity card are missing; therefore, it could be harder for her to return to Finland and attend the meeting at court when the court will repeatedly adjudicate a matter regarding renewal of previously removed custody rights of her father, XXX XXX.

... say what you mean?
