Have, has, got

What is the rule for using has, have, or got? Which one is correct? Would I say, "I have it; or I got it." Do you have your homework? Would on say, "Yes, I have my homework; or Yes, I got my homework?

"Do you have your homework?" "Yes, I have it." / "Yes, I do."
"Have you got your homework?" "Yes, I have got it." / "Yes, "I've got it." / "Yes, I have."

Not "I got it.", but "I've got it." OK?
