Have had a "name (dish)" OK?

Hi. I am sure that there is a traditional Korean dish named "Samgyetang" (I am not sure it is spelled like this, though) and I believe it has a chicken that is stuffed with many good ingredients like ginseng (I think it is spelled like this), rice, chestnuts, etc. and boiled to get all the flavors mixed in (like letting the flavors seep into the chicken) and produce good broth.

Now, help me with this and the question is: Could we write a sentence like "I have eaten/ordered a Samgyetang yesterday"? I think we can write "I have eaten/ordered Samgyetang (without the article) yesterday."
