Hello


Need to know when should we use have had or had ha

Should I say have worked or have had worked


is the verb have used as auxiliary or main verb


Like can we say I have had working experience (here have is main verb of I'm not wrong)

I have had worked(have is auxiliary verb )


Please explain

Like what is the difference in I have working experience vs I have had working experience both sounds same.


Plus I listened someone say in an interview I have had worked (thus I asked this question) but as per above advice it's completely wrong so should never i

I have understood all the points, the only problem is that I'm not able to identify any scenarios where use of - have had is must, mostly it just sounds forcefit, (as mentioned above I have had working experience of 10 years), can you please give me some relevant examples where it is actually of any use.if possible
