Have got & had got

I have a question and that the question is confusing me. And I have talked in other forum that have got can be used in the past, especially in british english, for the example :

a. I had got to go. And, I had got an Apple.

b. I had not got to go and I hadn't got an Apple or I didn't have to go and I didn't have an Apple.

c. Had I got to go ? And Had I got an Apple ? And did I have to go ? And did I have an Apple ?

thanks.
