Vocabulary

have fun until late...

Can you help me check this sentences I found on a student's writing? I am not sure if and how to amend them:

1)My favourite day of the week is Saturday because I can go out and have fun until late.

High frequency expressions are : stay up late, go to bed late (at night), work late (at night). I am not sure about 'have fun until late'. It sounds right but a double check would be helpful.
Is it right? If not, what the best option would be ?

2)Hi Demi,

Thank you so much for last evening. It was great!
I enjoyed most when we appeared on the big screen. Would you like to see the evening's photos?

The underlined expressions sound a bit odd. I am not entirely sure though what is wrong. Maybe it is perfect as it is. An expert point of view would be more than welcome!

Thank you very much for your help. I am trying to do my best Emotion: it wasnt me!
