What's the difference(s) between the two sentences below, plz?

1) I'm going to Rome when I have finished my Italian lessons.

2) I'm going to Rome when I finish my Italian lessons.

Not much difference, I'd say. The first sentence puts more emphasis on the thing that first you will finish your Italian lessons, and then you will go to Rome.
