Have exaggerated developmental differences

Hi

Everyone’s brain works slightly differently, with its own unique strengths and weaknesses. However, people with ADD, ADHD, Asperger’s, and dyslexia have exaggerated developmental differences in how their brains are wired.

I'm not sure I understand the last sentence. Does it say that there are big developmental differences in the brain between healthy people and people with the above disorders?
