have done vs have come

Why - have done- uses past tense of " to do" and the - have come- uses the present tense of "to come". Please help. Thank you

Both use the third form (psat participle of the verb. It just happens that the third form of COME is identical in appearance to the first form. doe -did -done come - came - come.
