Have come out/up with new books/ideas

"X" publishers have come out/up with two new books for MBA students. The contents/syllabus are based on "Y" university curriculum.

I have come out/up with different ideas to tackle the issues. I will put forward my issues to my superiors in the subsequent meeting.

Please correct my sentences and suggest me better versions also. Thanks in advance.
