Have Come

Hi,

According to Auxilary Verbs Rule we Must use Past verb after Have/Has

But i heard so many time this sentences in English movies and TV programs.

We have come in Peace

I have come to university

Etc.

Now, my questions are

Are they wrong Grammatically?

Are "we have came came in peace and We have come in peace " different?
