Hi all,

In the following sentence are both have been& be correct?

If I had time I could have been/be in Paris now.

OK, but what about the rest of the sentence? In the title I wrote Have been vs be!
If I had had time I could have been or be there now?

Isn't there any other one for answering the question I asked from beginning?

This makes the grammar correct, but the meaning is uncertain. Having time cannot in itself place you somewhere in the world. You can have, however, "If I had time, I could go to Paris now".
