have been married for two times and for two years

hi there.

I have a question about present perfect.
a. I have been married for two years.
b. I have been married twice.

In (a) the speaker is still married. This year is the third year of his marriage. In (b) the speaker is now a divorcee.

Am I right?

Thanks a lot.
