Is it grammatically correct to write:

Hi Yoong Liat,

I have the same problem with this type of question. If a question is incomplete, should we still include a question mark like you did? Or should the question be reworded so it becomes a complete question.

Sure, I mistook "B" for the first letter of a surname (e.g. "Mr. B." for "Mr. Bush" - "Mr. Brown" or whatever), overlooking the absence of a period after "Mr. A".

Anyway, this doesn't undermine what I previously wrote.
