I think above one is also correct. It means it does not matter which.

You can also say:

I have not got any pens with me.

I think Americans use "have got" as well.

Philip is right. I relate "got" more to "recieve". Like, "I got a puppy yesterday." Also your sentences are a bit wordy. "I haven't got a pen with/on me." Why don't you just say, "I don't have a pen with/on me." The word "got" is quite primitive. The english language presents more sophisticated words like to "possess" or "carry." (well I know they aren't the best, but that's all I can think of

Dear posters,

It's so unfair! You all use me, and then say you don't like me. Everybody thinks I'm primitive, and all the sophisticated words just sneer at me.

Try living a whole day without saying me, I dare you!

Yours sincerely,

have got is a very common and perfectly acceptable construction in British English.

I have got a pen. I have got a glass of milk. I have got a lot of work to do. I have got a big red spot coming up on my chin. I have got a really annoying cat.

Hi Nona,

I have got a lot of work to do. I have got a big red spot coming up on my chin. I have got a really annoying cat.

I'm so sorry. You need a vacation, or at least a nice long hot bath.

Too right I need a holiday!

(but not all of those things are true).
