Have a worry

Please check the following paragraph. In the sentence, which is better, "have a worry" or "have something wrong"?

This is my mother, and she is a Pisces. She always hides her feelings, so it’s very hard to know what she is really thinking. But she can easily understand what other people think and how they feel. If I have a worry / have something wrong, I will tell her about it immediately. She is a good mother.
