Hi!
Detective says: Please tell me you have a 20 on my suspect.
Policeman answers: Suspect was just spotted turning north on riverside.

Doest it mean - do you have any leads on my suspect?

A Stars, are you old enough to remember the CB craze in the 70s? "What's your 20?" "Got a smokey in plain brown wrapper." My memory has faded over time - I don't remember too many of the others.
