Have a shampoo

Hi teachers~~

I am wondering if there is an expression 'have a shampoo.'

Somebody asked me if it can be as the same as 'wash one's hair.'

I think I can use this expression at a hair salon but not at home.

"I would like a shampoo."

pen slide 883 I think I can use this expression at a hair salon but not at home. That's what I recommend. The expression 'have a shampoo' exists, but I have to say that I never hear it in ordinary conversation.
