Have a problem to remember vocabulary
May I know, How I can remember all of the vocabulary in English Language? I often forget although I already see dictionary... Do you have any tips or advice? Thank you..

Hello, grateful - and welcome to English Forums. We all have the same problem, native and learner alike. I have lived in Japan for the past 20 years, where my English conversation has been limited to simpler language with my students.

- As a consequence, my active vocabulary at the university level is fading: I have trouble recalling words that I once used frequently.
- Many words are now limited to being 'on the tip of my tongue' instead of popping out automatically, and I have to be patient until the word occurs to me or I find it in a thesaurus.
